Kevin lives, eats, breathes, and now feeds Chesterton! This lifelong resident has always dreamed of owning a business in town. When the previous owner of Val's decided it was time to sell, Kevin thought himself a natural fit, as he has been attending Monday night "wings" since high school and was an employee before becoming the owner of Val's in June 2009.
